What we text

Replies to questions you send the desk, shipment status and delivery ETAs, border-crossing updates, delivery exceptions, and appointment or document reminders for freight we coordinate for your company. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Giving written SMS consent on the Pascal client onboarding questionnaire (for client staff and the drivers or dispatchers they nominate).
Texting the desk line first. We'll reply to your message.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP, call 1-877-885-0563, or email operations@pascallogistics.com for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above and to respond to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS carrier), and only as needed to deliver them.
